Australec switches are designed to do the job almost twice as long as other switches.
Australec's dimmers are leading edge and don't suffer from "Hum's" or "Buzzes". 500VA Dimmer suitable for use with Incandescent Lamps or 240V Halogen Lamps and Low Voltage Lamps with Iron Core Transformers.
It’s either on or off, there is no mid point where the switch mech can arc and cause heat “build up” or worse.
These switches look good years later with no seams on face of plate to get full of dirt and dust and look cheap.
