All prices are in AUS$ and are ex GST. The information provided by this website is subject to change without notice. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, electricalwholesales.com.au will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information contained herein. All Products on this site must be installed by a licensed electrical trades person.
Membership and access to Trade Pricing.
Anyone is welcome to become a member of this website, those who have agreed to receive promotional and marketing material from us will do so from time to time. Membership does not automatically give you access to our trade only pricing. To qualify for access to our trade prices you must be a Licensed electrical trades person or trade relevant person. This is qualified on a case by case basis.
Our trade prices can save you up to 70% off R.R.P. so if you qualify please email us.
Contractor License Number: You agree that your business activity is Electrical Contracting or relevent trade. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or contractor license number; or false name or contractor license number that you are not authorized to use.
You warrant that; The Personal and Company information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes.
Law: You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia (and International law if residing outside of Australia ) relating to any misrepresentation; actual or implied.
Our Rights: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or part thereof, including pricing and/or products and services) with or without notice to you. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether there have been any changes that affect your on-going business with us. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss incurred from such.
Delivery / Packaging & Handling Charges: Shipping Charges are as follows, and subject to change without notice. These are charged on the basket value and are outlined below. Shipping to NT is extra.

We understand that it’s important to get your goods to you in the fastest possible manner and we make every effort to do so. Once your order has cleared payment processing (Paypal may take up to 48hrs to clear) The following is a guide for approximate delivery times.

Please Track your order with the con note provided to you and using the links to either Fastway or Startrack Express. If for any reason you have not received your order within the maximum allowable time please contact support immediately.
Orders over $2000 are shipped free. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to loss or late delivery of any order.
Returns and Refunds:
We are happy to exchange any faulty product purchased from electricalwholesales.com.au. This will be done by controlled return.
Faulty products are to be packed in protective wrapping (Bubble Wrap or the like) placed in a shipping bag or box and sealed. Contact us via email with full details of the fault and product description. Once we have these details we will be in touch via phone to make final arrangements. You will receive an address label and con note sticker in the mail from us along with instructions on how to arrange pick up. We are happy to ship faulty products at our cost, upon receipt and inspection of the faulty item and it is assessed to be a fault from the manufacturer then the item will be replaced and shipped to you, at no cost to you and in the quickest possible time.
Items that are purchased and are incorrect, not matching your invoice will be control returned and swapped for the correct item(s). This will also be no cost to you.
If you have ordered the wrong item, contact support immediately to arrange a controlled return at your expense. Items returned to stock in this situation will attract a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value plus shipping. The item(s) will be returned to stock and your account will be store credited the remainder minus the restocking fee and shipping.
We cannot offer any refund in the form of Cash, Cheque or Credit to your credit card. One of the main reasons for this is the potential for fraudulent transactions.
We only offer store credit on your account to be used in future transactions.
GST: All prices are exclusive of GST at the current rate of 10%. The total cost of your order is the price of the products, plus if applicable, any delivery/packaging and handling charges, plus GST.
Warranties: We only sell products that are of the highest quality and if in the unlikely event that a product you have bought through this site has failed, product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers warranty terms and conditions (available on request). We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure. We will process product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers.
Pricing: Our mission is to support Electrical Contractors with quality products at very competitive pricing. Therefore our pricing to you, the Electrical Contractor is the best possible at the time. Our prices are subject to change without notice and may vary from time to time.
Refusal of transaction: We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse services to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to refusal of transaction.
Limitation of Liability: The Website is provided on an "as is" and as available basis.
The information supplied is accurate at the time of publishing and product representation through pictures or description is also accurate but limited in some cases to an example of a simmilar product. It is customer's responsibility to seek further information if unsure in any way.
