How do I add to the shopping cart? You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket. -Top-

Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar. How do I check the shipping cost on my items? First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the shopping cart basket in one of the side columns of the online store. In this box you will see a link to "calculate shipping". From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. Where is this stuff coming from?
Unlike some on line stores, everything listed on this site is in our warehouse in Wagga Wagga in NSW. We do not ship from overseas; our stock is here in Australia. We have seen some dodgy things go on with items coming from OS only to be stopped by customs and incur duty charges or be rejected for not being Australian Standards compliant. With us you can be sure that you won't get caught out.

How do I know my order has been received? Once an order is received you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout. Plus you will also receive an SMS to your Mobile number you provided. Please make sure you have only entered your mobile number, there is no need to add country codes eg 0412 345 678. -Top-
How do I track my order? Has it been shipped? You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu navigation bar. You will also receive a 2nd SMS to let you know your order is on it's way. We use Fastway and Startrack Express depending on where you are as to who we use. If you have a tracking number with a TCH at the beginning then go to the Startrack Express site to track. -Top-
My order never arrived Please contact us straight away if your order has not been received within the time originally stated in the checkout or what you deem to be reasonable. We will give those the dispatch guys a stern talking to if they stuffed up... good thing they usualy don't. -Top-

How do I create my FREE account? In the side column of the you will see a members box. In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave the shop and come back later. If you are a member enabled with a "Trade Only" discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase. We sell to everyone and give everyone a great price... but we do have a "Trade only" price for sparkies, without them we wouldn't be here. Why can't I see the "Trade Pricing"?
This is only for members who are part of the electrical trades. You must email us with your lic No so we can check it against the relivant register in the particular state. Once that's done then we enable the "Trade Price" access for the membership. It's now even faster to get "Trade Pricing" - Just use our live Sales and Support chat, we can enable access in a matter of minutes.
What are my payment choices? You can choose Visa or Mastercard via St George or PayPal. Direct Deposit option is now available but keep in mind that this is slower than other methods. It can take up to 72hrs to get to us depending on your bank. Goods are only shipped once payments are cleared. Payment options will be listed on the third page of the secure checkout. At the base of the page there will be a drop down list to choose your preferred method. -Top-

In recent times we have seen a rise in the number of problems with using PayPal to pay for goods on this site. The main reason is that people have come to us from a 3rd party website.
