We only sell quality electrical products, no cheap stuff here. Australec products are backed with a 10 year guarantee. Our Heat, Light & Fan units are backed with a 5 Year Guarantee. Bottom line is we only stock products that we believe in, stuff we have at our place... yes we have this stuff in our own homes. We couldn't expect you to buy it if we didn't use it.
We know there are some dodgy operators about and not just on line, they are everywhere... we have come across some nasty products and others that more than likely wouldn't meet Australian Standards if they ever got tested.
